This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Platform owned by Prakhar Enterprises, with its registered office at Mangalam House, Adhchini, New Delhi.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services for any specific purpose. Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, action or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi.

By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Startup Business Summit 2026
Important Notice: Event Rescheduled
Startup Business Summit 2026 has been rescheduled from its originally announced date. All ticket purchases will remain valid for the rescheduled event, subject to the updated event details and the terms of the ticket purchased.
All confirmed ticket bookings for Startup Business Summit 2026 are final and non-cancellable. Cancellation requests will not be accepted solely because the event has been rescheduled.
Tickets are non-refundable solely because the event has been rescheduled. Attendees who cannot attend on the revised date are not eligible for a refund on that basis.
This policy does not override any refund rights, remedies or obligations required under applicable law or the applicable terms of purchase.
Previously issued tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, subject to the updated event schedule and applicable ticket terms. Please retain your original ticket and follow official announcements for the revised schedule.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, remedy or other right that must be provided under applicable law. If the event is cancelled entirely, or another circumstance arises that requires a refund or other remedy under applicable law, the organiser will comply with its legal obligations and applicable ticket terms.
The confirmed event date is 22 December 2026 (Tuesday). The organiser will communicate event updates through official event channels and the official Startup Business Summit website. Attendees should regularly check these channels and their registered email address.

Electronic tickets and booking assistance
Startup Business Summit 2026 issues tickets electronically through the website's existing booking and ticketing system.
Confirmed tickets will be delivered electronically using the email address provided during booking or made available through the existing ticketing system. Follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation.
After completing a booking, check your registered email inbox and spam or junk folder for your ticket confirmation. If you cannot locate your ticket, contact the organising team with your booking details.
As Startup Business Summit 2026 has been rescheduled, previously issued tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, subject to the updated event details and applicable ticket terms. Please retain your original ticket and monitor official announcements for the revised schedule.
The confirmed event date is 22 December 2026 (Tuesday), from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST at Bharat Mandapam, Auditorium 2, New Delhi. Any further event updates will be communicated through official event channels. Please check the official Startup Business Summit website and your registered email address.
